SCHEDULED HIKES
The Johnson City Hiking Club schedules day hikes on most Saturdays year round. We occasionally schedule overnight hiking trips. We usually meet at 7:50 AM or 8:50 AM at a convenient local location (see MEETING LOCATIONS page) to form carpools, then leave at 8 AM or 9 AM to drive to the trailheads. Sometimes changes are required to the scheduled hikes listed below for unforeseen reasons, such as adverse weather, trail closures, etc. Check the HIKE UPDATES section near the top of the HOME page Friday evening or Saturday morning to see if a change has been made that will affect your plans.
